The two-bedroom apartment was spacious, but the air conditioning barely did anything.

oh, where do I even begin? broken bedroom curtains meant I was subjected to the sun's wrath while the air conditioning barely even existed! signing in was more of a waltz with the door staff than a simple entrance, and I wished for at least a bottle of water to greet my tired self, but alas, it was not meant to be!

The rooftop terrace was a delightful spot for morning coffee, offering a refreshing start to the day.
The air conditioning struggled to cool the apartment, making it uncomfortably warm during our stay.

missingWrote a review on Nov 12spacious apartmentconvenient locationmaintenance issues
The layout of the two-bedroom apartment offered a decent amount of space for our group, allowing for some privacy with separate bedrooms. The proximity to a nearby market was convenient for stocking up on essentials during our stay.
The air conditioning struggles to keep up with the heat, making the rooms feel stifling even with fans running. Broken bedroom curtains made it difficult to control light. leaking faucets and shower heads indicated a lack of maintenance. The gym equipment was mostly in poor condition and lacking disinfecting supplies, which made workouts less appealing. Basic amenities like dish soap and decent kitchen cutlery were nowhere to be found, which was frustrating in a serviced apartment setting.

Pleasant Stay with Room for Improvement
Enjoyed spacious living with smart TVs for entertainment. Evening breezes from open windows kept us cozy, despite the lack of AC. However, consider bringing your own supplies as amenities were minimal. The friendly staff provided good security, but a more autonomous check-in would be appreciated.

Family friendly choice for your stay!
The place has a great location next to Masaryk, where I found all sorts of delicious places to eat. The staff was kind—there’s this doorman, Roberto, who always greeted us with a smile, made us feel welcome every time we came back. Plus, the simple breakfast was a nice touch, something to grab before heading out. Getting a work out in was easy too. the little gym up top had nice views!
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but given the overall experience, it was acceptable.

The location is outstanding, with easy access to a variety of restaurants and a nearby park. The hotel provided excellent security with friendly 24/7 staff always ready to assist, making me feel safe. The rooftop terrace offered beautiful city views, perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning.
However, the air conditioning left much to be desired, making the room uncomfortable during warmer days.
